Shipping Methods
We ship packages by UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. Larger orders will be shipped by a freight company to be determined. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice after the order has been confirmed. If you have a UPS account and would like to do 3rd party billing, you will need to provide us your account number. With this method, a shipping charge will not be added to your invoice.
Our default shipping method is FedEx. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select methods are also available upon the customer´s request.
Shipping Damages
Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "damaged¨ on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Replica Designer Bags within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.
Returns
Our customer guarantee is that you can return your items within 5 days of receipt for any reason as long as it is returned in original packaging and customer pays for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be authorized and approved by Replica Designer Bags. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Replica Designer Bags in unused and unaltered condition with original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipment back to Replica Designer Bags. In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
